TV Stands. Saturday , September 09th , 2017 - 13:22:34 PM
There are two basic types of TV stand on the market today, each of which has a distinctive design and structure which set sit apart from the other; these are the floor and wall mounted TV stands. The former is the type of stand that we are all familiar with, one that is placed on the floor and supports a standing TV screen and other equipment. The wall mounted stand is different in that it is attached solely to the wall. This can consist of a shelf-like design which holds a regular standing television monitor, or one where the TV itself is slotted into place and does not "stand" on anything. Both of these have their advantages and flaws, which will be explored below.
Designed to be comfortably nestled in an unused corner, corner bedroom Television stands can be great for space saving. These types of bedroom TV stands are a great addition to your bedroom as you can watch TV from any part of the room and gives a greater accessibility to floor space in your bedroom. Just as it sounds, swivel bedroom Television stands allow a greater flexibility to swivel the TV, thus accommodating your viewing angle, making it possible to comfortably view the TV from any part of the room.
Since traditional or CRT televisions tend to be heavier than other types of TVs, TV stands and entertainment centers intended to display and store conventional tube TVs are designed to accommodate the weight. A CRT TV stand can essentially be used for any other type of television, such as plasma or LCD, because they are generally lighter than conventional televisions. Flat screen televisions are sleek and dramatic in appearance.
